Phenomenal experience

The driver that took us from MBJ to Negril was incredibly friendly. And he introduced us to all the towns and parishes as we were going along the way. I can recall the towns, the rivers and the ocean vividly. The driver did that and also made us safe and he made our trip beautiful. But on the other hand, Scott was great as well, respectful, professional and friendly.

The catamaran cruise was a ton of fun. Despite some rain, we enjoyed the cruise including the crew and drinks. The excursion was longer than expected and loaded with things to do and see. From snorkeling over the reefs to hanging out at Ricks Cafe, then cruising back to Margaritaville with the sunset, it was an experience we’ll never forget.

The entire trip was so nice ! Everything went as planned , from the resort pick up to the drop off. The driver was punctual, nice , and professional.
Everyone on the cruise was happy , enjoying it!
The crew were great, professional, and fun. Snorkling was fun , too. Rick's cafe was a nice experience as well.
This was my first time booking trips with Viator, and everything exceeded my expectations! They made sure to get in touch with me before the trips to confirm the pick up time, and so on.
I booked 3 excursions in Jamaica, and also transportation from airport to the resort. All went well.

The tour was amazing. My only negative comment was that I paid the gentleman $30.00 to receive pictures they took and never got them. If not for that it would've been a 5 rating.
