Had the best time, with the best crew and people. The fire show was alot of fun and the Rum Punch was definitely punching ! Special thanks to Rolando who got us there and back in one peace and had the best playlist

Short but amazing experience

Communication was great- they emailed us with a time they'll pick us up from the hotel. Drive wasn't long from Montego Bay, we got to the boat and everything seemed very well organized. Water was amazing and warm and the whole experience felt almost cosmic. We spent about half an hour in the water if not more. Coming back there was a cool fire show performance,drinks and headed back to the hotel in time for a late dinner.
I'd definitely recommend this and we'd definitely do it again!

Amazing trip, something I’ve never experienced before!

It was okay the captain and the lifeguards was really good. I didn’t got to see the effects but it was a good experience would go back to see the blue lights.

Wonderful experience with the tour company/guide and Luminous Lagoon. The pickup van showed up on time at our hotel. We reached ant the lagoon and watched the fire show. After 10-15 minutes, we got into the boat. It was a full moon night. Since the day was hot, the luminescence was wonderful. We could see full glow while the boat was moving and we were able to create beautiful glow around us when we went into the water as well. Overall very pleasant and once in a lifetime experience. Will recommend to everyone

I read a lot of reviews prior to booking this. There was a mixed bag of comments and what it really amounted to was that some people were disappointed not so much due to anything but the weather. We went after a string of sunny days with a bit of rain the day of and it was certainly worth the trip. The water glows as it the boat has turned on the lights under the war, a bright, brilliant blue. We had plenty of time to swim around and take in the experience.
The boat captain was quite entertaining and all of the staff and facilities were more than adequate. If you go with the understating that this is a natural phenomenon, that some days will be better than others, then I'm sure that you'll enjoy it too.

I really enjoyed this excursion! We were able to get into the water and have the experience up close. I also enjoyed hearing about the history of the lagoon.

The experience was nice but the swim time was only 15 minutes. Needed more time to enjoy the experience.

The Mystic Lagoon was good but our driver left us. A tour guide from Amstar took us back to our hotel at Sea Garden! Thankfully we got back safe. The driver from Holiday Service never came back for us!

There wasn’t much description of the tour so we were not sure what to expect. The lagoon is a cool phenomenon and the show with the limbo performance was amazing.
Tour company was disappointing, but amazing experience at the lagoon.

The experience itself was amazing, but the tour company was disappointing. The whole tour was almost 4 hours but we spent just 20 mins in the bay. There were lots of pickups and drop offs and for some reason we spent almost an hour waiting because a small group wanted to have dinner at the lagoon. I would do another tour and pay a little extra rather than wasting so much time with this tour operator.
